The easiest way to make an appointment with Dr. Copp and Clinical nurse Benita Ironside is to call our central number and let us know if you require a Greenslopes or Ipswich appointment.

The quickest way is to phone during the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm, on (07) 3282-9319.

When you come for your appointment remember to get the following:

• You need to bring a referral from your general practitioner
• If possible, copies of any operation records, medical records
• If you have had Weight Loss Surgery elsewhere, please bring a copy of your operation report
• Please call our front office staff regarding a full guidance to the cost of the surgery for patients with or without health insurance and payment options the surgery is performed only in the private hospital sector

To cancel an appointment:

Telephone the office during business hours. Please cancel at least 1 day ahead so that your appointment time can be allocated to another patient who is seeking treatment.

Your time is valuable and we make every effort to run on time. As you can imagine, emergencies do occasionally occur that cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologize in advance if we keep you waiting, and we will try and contact you if it occurs.
